Yes, all our products, including smartphones, tablets, and smart home devices, are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. Each device comes in its original factory-sealed packaging with a valid manufacturer warranty.

While our smart locks are designed for easy DIY installation, we can recommend certified professional locksmiths in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp after purchase to arrange an installation service.

We provide reliable delivery across all seven emirates. Due to our rigorous Quality Check (QC) process, your order will typically arrive at your doorstep within 5 - 7 business days.

We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for electronics like smartphones, returns cannot be accepted if the security seal is broken unless there is a confirmed technical defect.

Yes! All smart locks and electronic devices are covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against technical malfunctions. Accidental damage or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this warranty.

After-Sales & Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us or message our WhatsApp support with your Order ID and a clear video/photo of the technical issue. Our team will verify the claim and coordinate with the brand's authorized service center in the UAE for repair or replacement.

Our standard 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. Please note that accidental damage (e.g., cracked screens), liquid damage, and unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered.

Most of our smart locks feature an emergency micro-USB/Type-C power port at the bottom. You can use a power bank to provide temporary power to unlock the door. Additionally, always keep one of the mechanical emergency keys provided in a secure location outside your home (like your car).

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a priority exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.

Once we receive the faulty device, the inspection and repair process typically takes 7 - 14 business days, depending on the availability of spare parts at the manufacturer's service center. We will keep you updated on the status throughout the process.
